Before you call
How long is a first visit?
About 90 minutes for the exam and the maps. Bring the glasses and lenses you wear now.
Can I take a phone call between visits?
Yes. Call the office with a question about your lenses, and the team will answer it or put you in touch with the doctor.
What if it is an emergency?
Sudden vision loss, a curtain over your vision, a chemical splash or an eye injury needs care now. Call us right away or go to an emergency room. If you can't reach us, call 911.
