Your prescription is yours
A copy, every time, with no condition attached.
Your prescription is yours. You can fill it at this clinic or anywhere else that can make the lens.
Glasses
After your eye exam we give you a copy of your glasses prescription, on paper or by email, whichever you prefer.
Contact lenses
When your fitting is complete we give you a copy of your contact lens prescription. For a custom lens it carries the lens design, so another provider can read it and a lab can make it.
What we do not do
- Ask you to buy your lenses or glasses from us
- Charge extra for a copy
- Hold a prescription back until a bill is paid
How to ask
Ask at the desk, or call and ask the patient coordinator to email it to you.

Come in for an exam and leave with a copy of your prescription.
