What happens before you arrive

Step 1: You book
Choose a time online, or call. Tell us if you have a cornea doctor or have tried lenses before.

Step 2: We check your benefits
The patient coordinator checks your plans where she can and tells you what she finds, before you come.

Step 3: You fill in the forms
The forms are on our patient portal and take a few minutes. Paper copies are at the desk if you prefer.
What to bring
Your glasses and lenses
Everything you wear now, and the cases the lenses live in.
Your eye drops
The drops you use, in their bottles or on a list.
Letters and maps
Anything from a cornea doctor or a past fitting, if you have it.
Your insurance cards
Vision and medical, so the right plan is billed for the right visit.
